How to make Soundcore 30 mono

Can I get the soundcore Q30 for function with monaural sound?
I’m deaf in my right ear and so I sometimes miss what is in the right channel only

I do not think it is possible but you can contact service@soundcore.com to verify or to check to see if they have any option to make this happen.

It should be in your phone’s audio settings.
