I have a Samsung A32 4g and I can’t connect my in ear phones :frowning: i need help

Are these fully charged?
Are these in the bt connection mode.
If so do these show up at the list of the bt devices of that phone?

Can you connect them to any other device?

Are you following the steps in the quick start guide. They need to be in pairing mode and on in order for them to pair with any device and that device needs to have Bluetooth on and in range

If you just got them, you’ll need to pull each earpiece out of the case and remove the plastic film that covers the metal pieces that read the headphones inside the case.
After that then follow the quick start instructions guide, and it should pop up in your Bluetooth options pdq.

Took me about an hour to figure that out🤣
