I decided to update my Motion Booms today to v00.40 from v00.39.
Someone who posted earlier had mentioned they noticed a decrease in Bass. I’ve noticed no such thing. They sound as good as they always have.

Good to hear that the update went well!
Since I have 2, I updated one at first, then compares the updated 1 to the one I hadn’t updated yet and I didn’t hear any drop off in Bass. It almost sounded like the Updated one gained just a tad of volume, but I didn’t test it with my SPL meter. I wish I would have. Oh well, “If Wishes and Buts were Candy and Nuts, we’d all have a Merry Christmas”.
