Is there a way to increase the volume of the buds? The highest volume is not very loud. I am using a Samsung note 10+. Please help.

Its possible to increase the volume by altering Android volume adjustments.
This was discussed here, so you could use the search function
(magnifier symbol upper right corner)
Or ask the omniscient Google. 
WARNING : Using earbuds at high volume will ruin your hearing ability for sure
