Hi I got my new soundcore q45 today and I tested its noise cancellation but it is not removing my background music at all

We are just members of the community and not support. As stated there is a link to the support but I will warn you that even though you send it today, you may not get a response back until Monday as it is coming up on the weekend. So the earlier you do contact then the more likely you may get a response (maybe Friday)
