Issues fine tuning

Hi, I’m having issues connecting to the Soundcore app.
My earbuds are right next to my phone and they are connected to my iPhone but it (the app) can’t find the earbuds.

Delete the app and the Bluetooth connection to the phone then reset up everything and try.

If the above suggestion doesn’t work I would try resetting the earbuds to try to see if that makes them recognized again

I had done this on the community as I was finding people had trouble connecting to the app.

Most will pair the device to the phones but they do not “pair it to the app” . The app will not automatically find the device until you find it in the app and connect it. Make sure the device case is open so that they buds will be turned on and then follow the instruction. The others have gave good info as well that may work also.

As others said, start with a clean slate, uninstall reinstall app. Delete pairing and reset buds.

Then ignore the app.

Pair as you would normally, take out right bud, pair, then it offers the L bud, accept that. Problems begin here when ignore the L connection.

Then connect to R bud.

Then go to the app and connect.

Then any firmware upgrade.
