What is the latest firmware version from Soundcore Liberty 4?

My phone is on 3.23, but I saw people posting that there is a 4.15 version

Firmware 04.23 update in 08.2023. “you are up to date”.

But the firmware does not update beyond 3.23

I live in Brazil and I’m using an Iphone.
Where do you live and what phone do you use so I can try to understand if this is the problem.

I live in Poland, my phone Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro.

I already tried to pair it on an android cell phone, but it didn’t update either.
Is it because I’m in Brazil and there’s some region blocking?

This question is for tech support. Try to contact them. Additionally, I would try to update via android phone again.

Try enabling LDAP. I have the space a40 enabling LDAC mode, in the app, triggered a firmware upgrade to the latest for my buds.

I made a few more attempts but to no avail.

1. I did a master reset on the headphones.
   I uninstalled the app on my iphone and installed it again.
   I unpaired the phones and paired again, but without success.

2. I installed the app on my father’s Redmi 8. Paired the headphones but also without success.

I honestly don’t know what else to do.

How do I enable LDAC? Is it only on android correct?

Yes, I believe so. Best to ask support if LDAC is the only reason for the firmware update. You may not need it if your on iOS.

Last night I installed the app on my mother’s Android.
I enabled AAC and was able to update the firmware to version 4.23.
