I have a new pair of Soundcore Liberty Air 2 that have just arrived. The left earbud does not seem to turn on, There is no light… I have also tried to have them in the charging case for an extended period just to make sure the left earbud has an opportunity to charge just incase to was not charged properly when delivered. Any suggestions as to what to do now?

make sure that there is nothing blocking the charging pins inside the case, also make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds are clean as well.
After checking that. Make sure the case is charged and Put the earbud inside the case and move the earbud slightly and see if it makes contact with the pins to turn the light on.

Have you tried resetting them to see if that fixes anything
Have you received a fix from support yet? I just sent them an email also.
