Having issues with sync the issues I’m having is the ear buds will connect individual so music will only play out of one earbud at a time … When I am able to connect the two the right one plays and not the left only way itnpkays in snyc is I’f I physically touch the left bud and keep holding it once I remove my fingers it goes out again I know it works because as ear bud by it self it works perfectly fine I have reset the head phones at least 8 times I don’t know what to do

You probably connected each bud separately to different devices.
Fix is to clean the bud pins, case contacts, leave to dry. This ensures a reset will work.
Plug case into power, and leave power connected. This ensures a reset will work.
Delete all your pairings across all devices. It is often difficult to know what is paired, hence why a reset is required.
Put buds in case, follow the reset instructions.
Leave them a few minutes for pairing to complete.
Should have fixed it.
First do a reset, then do a cleaning of the sockets and pins.
Delete the buds from ALL devices you have connected to.
Then pair them again to the device where the issues show up.
