Liberty 3 Pro Mic

I just purchased a set of Liberty 3 Pro’s & I wanted to used them for work conference calls on my MS Surface pro. The headphones paired with no issues, it looks like it has registered them as a headset (mic and earphones) but none of my conference tools recognise the mic on the Liberty Pro’s.
This means that for conference calls it uses the mic on the laptop and not the Liberty Pro’s.
Has anyone else had this issue?

You could change the bt driver.
Often the MS default bt driver is installed with MS OS.
Delete it and replace it with that from your bt card manufacturer.

This is an extremely common issue, specific to Windows Bluetooth, not specific to Soundcore nor to the L3P.

Search for Windows Bluetooth microphone fixes.
