Liberty 3 Pro right side works only with pressure

The right side earphone only works when I apply pressure and “push” it into my ear. When I release the pressure the sound on the right side stops, left continues as normal.

I tried disabling wear detection, but no luck.

Any ideas?

Do a reset and clean the buds from ear wax.
May be that helps.
Otherwise you should contact the support.
