Liberty 3 Pros Connection Issue

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros and have been experiencing an issue with the connection. Occasionally, the music will cut out for a second or two, and it’s becoming quite frequent.
I’ve tried putting my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra) on the counter to see if it makes a difference, but it doesn’t seem to help. I’m listening to downloaded music on Amazon Music and haven’t used LDAC. Both the earbuds and my phone are completely updated.
Has anyone else had this issue or know of a solution to fix it?

I experienced the same issue especially with LDAC mode, however this is normal but if you are using the other audio mode it should not happen
