Liberty 3 volume

I have connected my new Liberty 3 in-ear buds to my QLED TV via bluetooth.
With the TV’s volume control at 75% max, the volume from the Liberty 3’s is disproportionately low.
I don’t want to max the volume on the source (TV) to achieve modest volume from Liberty 3.
A different brand earbuds volume are proportionate.
This is my 2nd pair of Liberty 3’s (1st set returned due to battery issues).

Use the phone app to increase the buds volume, then disconnect from phone, connect to TV.
