I recently bought a pair of Liberty 4 NC. Audio quality is great when I’m using them with my phone. But when I’m using them with my laptop, audio quality goes down the drain. This wasn’t a problem when I first paired my laptop with them, though. It started after I tried to play some Battlefield 5 with my headphones. When I started the game, audio quality was lost, and I wasn’t able to recover it afterwards.
Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem? These are my first bluetooth headphones so I really know nothing about them!
