It made me happy while playing the song, but when I heard people around me complaining about my voice during the conversation, I was very upset… My voice is very far away and echoes… even with one of the phones… I don’t get any support. No help… After a little search, I found out that this is the problem of many users… Anker should provide a solution for this problem.

I have the same problem, I cannot use them for calls bcos of horrible mics… I bought them to upgrade my voice quality in calls and I cannot use them for calling.
I love their Look and sound quality is ok when i use my eq.
Fit and comfort is alright, But their useless for me without ability to use my voice.
