Consistently losing the left earbud bluetooth connection. Now I cannot get the left earbud to play, using Samsung S10e phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I suggest to reset and pair again. Hope this will help.

Phone:
- delete pairing.
- turn off bluetooth.
Buds:
- follow reset instructions. Leave alone.
Phone:
- reboot to recovery, wipe cache (not data), boot.
- enable bluetooth
Buds+Phone pair.
If doesn’t work then do it all again one more time.
If still doesn’t work then email service@soundcore.com with all the info of serial number, proof of purchase, fault, the attempts to fix, delivery address.
If they help you fix them , then post here the fix, to help the next guy.
