I just got these earbuds today and I am having some problems with the sound. I’ve had this problem with my other pair of beats, which I returned. The sound is great on a phone, but when I use them on the computer they either sound quiet or like you are listening in another room with a little static. I checked the computer settings and everything seems to be fine.
It seems like only bluetooth devices cause this problem and I am unsure why. I’ve had bluetooth earbuds (Jlabs) work just fine with no issues. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
