Liberty Neo Left earbud volume is lower than right one

I have tried resetting and restarting both my earbuds ,but still I can’t get the volume balanced.

Did you tried to clean earbuds?

I agree on trying to clean it. How old are they? If they are x number of years then it may be a wear n tear

Sorry but I did not specify: the volume is so low that it is unusable.
The volume is at mosquito level.
Anyway yes, I always keep them clean before using them. I bought them a year ago.

I think if you resetting them, cleaning them and did a lose BT connection and reconnect that you should contact service@soundcore.com to see about a replacement…
