I am having issues with my liberty neo, the right piece works fine but the left one suddenly stopped working while I was running and the lights disappeared completely and hear some weird static noise and didn’t charge even if place it back on its charger. I waited for a couple of days and charged the left piece and it worked again however when I try to use it suddenly turns off after a few minutes.

Make sure the charging pins are clear / clean and perhaps try a reset of the buds. If you are still having issues I would suggest reaching out to service@soundcore.com for assistance under your warranty as they may have a hardware fault…
