Regardless if my case is fully charged, my buds will only maximum charge between 70% - 80%. The only way that I can get them to charge to 100% is by plugging the case in. Is this a common characteristic? Thanks!

How long have you put them in case for? Also is the case charged enough to even charge the buds?
You can also try to reset the buds if there is a way written in the manual
The case is fully charged. I always charge the case to 3 solid lights while I’m using the buds at home. I put the buds into the case and take them to work with me, where they stay for about 3 hours. When I go to use them (same night) they’re usually charged between 60 - 80%. Never more. I’ve tried resetting the case per the instructions in the manual twice, but no luck. Other than this issue they’ve performed flawlessly and I’m overjoyed with their abilities.
