Hi, i have been having a problem for a couple of months that iv just been too busy too look into until now. So il get to it, i foolishly dropped the left ear bud when attempting to put it into case i droped in parking lot very close to man hole cover. i was able to stop the earbud but i evidently put too much pressure because now i can only connect one ear but at a time. Thanks
