These are only 5 months old. All of a sudden between Friday and last night, the left earbud won’t connect to my phone. I’m only hearing sound out of the right side. HELP! I’ve followed several instructions online and nothing seems to be working.
Have you tried to reset and also delete the Bluetooth connection to your phone?
Also does the left earbud still have the flashing light?
Is it turning on or charging properly?

I had the same issue and sent in my product. Anker was very nice and replaced them.
If you cannot resolve your problem, would it be an option for you to sell your Anker P2 case? I lost my case during travel which render my ear buds totally useless now
