I have followed the steps as suggested and has not fixed it. Single white light illuminates so there is power to charging case but does not flash when closed to indicate charging. Right bud is fully charged, left bud has zero charge.
How can I fix this please, these are only 3 months old.

Most likely support but they will want you to put in case , reset and try again.
If no light they will say to clean the case pins and earbuds as well for debris.
Once you do and provide info , they may go ahead and exchange based on warranty if it is still valid or ask to do one other or two
