I’m trying to use my Life Q20 headphones wired through the aux jack to my computer [MacBook Pro, USB-C]. I bought the appropriate connecting cable, but when I plugged it in it did not work. I bought two of the cable and got same result. There is nothing in your manual or website to address this, except there is a page for a different pair of headphones. Is there something I have to do to use the wired option?
Life Q20 aux jack doesn't work
Having the same problem. Just received it yesterday. Tried everything on the PC. on/off…Q20 doesn’t pop up to be connected. Can support help pls?
