Life Q30 Equalizer not working

I dont know if it is since i upgraded to Firmware 1.9, but changing the equalizer settings in the App does not work anymore. I dont hear any difference.
What can I do?

If you don’t hear a difference, its probably because the change isn’t that big, so it doesn’t drastically change the sound of your music. You could also try creating your own EQ to fine-tune the sound.

So the sound doesn’t change even if you try some random EQ presets in the app?

No difference, even when i create my own and set the low frequencies to hi an the high to low. I already did a reset of the headphones

Have you tried a full reset of the headphones and a reconnecting after deleting these from the bt list of your phone?
