Life Q30 Switching Modes Automatically

Hello 24 hours that I received my Q30 and there is this annoying issue that switches from Normal to Transparency Mode so often that is unbearable. Even if I move my head it switches. Product seems great and I like it but this issue is pissing me off. How can I fix this?

There is a touch pad that will let you switch it. If you touch it, it may be changing. So it could be touched or if you have longer hair that could be triggering it. I think there is a setting to turn that function off.

Thanks for taking the time. Yeah it’s very sensitive but I fixed it by taking the touch cable off. It was the only way
