Life Q35 audio/video sync issue

Hi
I am on my second pair of these following a warranty replacement due to intermitted disconnections. I don’t have this issue on the replacement but I have issues with sound being out of sync with video, particularly when streaming and during video calls. The video is ahead of the audio.
Does anyone have a solution?

Android or IOS?

Check the cog setting setting in the Android version and there will be two option call and audio. Tweak those settings.

What are you streaming ? Youtube, HBO, Netflix or etc.

I think depending on the stream that somebody stated something was lagging on one device (a comment from another stream

It appears the LDAC was the issue, disabling this has helped. Bit annoying to have to switch this on and off when switching between video and music but it is what it is.
