Lost Case - How to Pair New Case?

I see a lot of posts about people losing a single bud or both buds, but how about if I lose the case?
Ive read that you can buy a replacement case through support, but how do you pair it to the buds?
I have a set of A3i and lost the case. I got a replacement case from someone who had lost the buds.

My question is, how do I pair the new case to my existing buds?

Ive tried simply putting the buds in and resetting by leaving lid open and holding button for 10 seconds = no flashing white or red LEDs.

My buds are on the latest firmware, but I have no idea about the case.
Anything I can do?

You can look on the site and they should have some case replacements there. If not, you can try to contact service@soundcore.com and see if your case is one they have that can be replaced. I believe the cost of the cases is 30 percent of the total cost from a post like 2 yrs ago
