Low volume with Life P3

I’m using my Life P3 in-ears mainly for listening to podcasts in the gym.
Even if I tune up the volume and use the noise reduction, the volume is very low, so I can hardly listen to the podcasts (only spoken word, no music).
My setting is a Nokia android smartphone, the P3 earbuds and the android spotify app. I’ve installed the Soundcore app, but can’t find any help there.

Sounds strange. I had Life P3s and they weren silent at all. I suggest to clean them from ear wax and to make factory reset. Hope it will help.
You can have a different problem described there
