Just got a motion+ works great with my cell phone but stutters when I use it with my laptop

Sounds more like a driver problem on your laptop at first glance. So I would try to play something that’s downloaded on your laptop. If that works fine, might be Wifi card interfering with bluetooth.

If not, try to update your bluetooth driver on your laptop
