Motion + volume adjustment in too course!

Hello
I have a Motion + speaker, approximately 4 years old. It works and
sounds fine to me but has one big problem. When listening at low volume levels the volume adjustment in very course. When I try to
adjust volume from the lowest audible setting up one notch it jumps up to more volume than I want, wether I adjust it on my device or on
the speaker. This occurs when listening on multiple devices. Is there a setting or update that addresses this problem? Other less expensive speakers that I have adjust much better on the same devices.
What can I do?

Unsure of how you are connecting to the multiple devices (connected to both but will stop before trying to connect to the other one)… If is this way, you may want to try to just lose connection and connect to the new device to see how that works… (as I am unsure of any device changes during that time and if that may affect it potentially).

Thanks for your reply. The way I stated my post is a little confusing.
I only connect to one device at a time but stated it the way I did to
show that the volume goes up in big steps when trying to adjust it
no matter what device I use. Hopefully someone from support will
see this and respond. I don’t see how to contact Soundcore Support directly.

I’ve just bought a motion+ and the sound quality is awesome. The volume control is not incremental enough though. On one ‘volume step’ the sound is too low to fully appreciate the music, on the next step up it’s too loud to work along with in my Covid home office space. If you go to the website for soundcore you would see a section to contact them at service@soundcore.com.

You can send them an email there. They will most likely respond in a few days.

They may ask you to do a few things before a potential replacement .

You should let them know the issue as well as what you have already done.
