I got the Motion+ for more than half a year, tested it against the JBL Charge 5 in a professional sound studio setup and ended with sending the JBL back.
The JBL isn’t bad at all, and their EQ manages to do a good job, but I’d say it’s thought out for party music mainly.
I love the detail and fullness of sound the Motion+ gives to me for my tastes in music, once I got around the custom EQ settings and got it to suit my needs.
It would be a great feature to be able to save 2-3-4-5 custom EQ settings, given that the hardware i.e. the microcontroller(s) memory allows for such a thing.
Also, it would be a nice to have to export/import the custom EQ settings and be able to share them.
