My p20i rigth sound lower than the left

my right airbud sounds lower than the left. i tried to fix it wit the equalizer but it doesn’t work. :frowning: cleaned it, but still do not work. any recommendations ?

Update firmware? Hold buds and press button on each for 3 seconds or so.
Put back into case wait about 20 sec
They should work. I kinda had same problem but just gotta go through troubleshooting on a diligent manner 🤷
