How do I use the app to program the A40 ear buds. I want to be able to customize the buds for one tap or 2 taps for pause or to volume up/down. Can’t figure it out in App.

I don’t have those so I can’t tell how or if it’s even possible to customize the controls. Since no one from Soundcore seemingly visits this forum anymore, I’d suggest contacting Support and asking them:
Check for a selection that said controls… go to the cog wheel too if it is there. Otherwise contact support…
I think I figured it out. As for contacting customer service good luck with that. I tried.
I use to just call them if I had a question. They always use to answer the phone. Do they not answer it anymore?
