The left ear cup of my life Q30 died just one month after the end of warranty.
This seems to be a common issue and Soundcore has made no documentation about it whatsoever, they just renew the faulty unit if you’re lucky enough to be under warranty.
If you are not or if you happen to live in a country they don’t service, you’re done.
Never buying anything from Soundcore again

So after the warranty period you still want soundcore to take responsibility. Alaye order a new one
Yeah, will do, from a proper brand which would last longer than 12 months indeed.
