Just received my new Q35 and they sound great. However, there seems to be an issue when on aux mode. First off, none of the buttons work. While I can control the sound and pause on the laptop on Bluetooth mode, they stop working when plugged in. Additionally, it seems that it uses battery when plugged in as well. Lastly, the sound sometimes changes and is very different when plugged in compared to Bluetooth mode. Does anyone else experience these issues or is my headphone defective?
