Port aux on Anker wakey a3300 problem

I can not input my cable to this port. I am using the cable with 3.5mm. What happens to it?

I would contact service@soundcore.com.

There may be a few whom has the device but it is limited and/or they may not come on as often.

From what I know there should be a 3.5 mm slot.
