Problem with Soundcore Space A40s

My first week’s experience with Soundcore Space A40s have been on the okay side.

Two questions here:

1: Have you experienced microphone cut-offs while talking to other people? After a 10 minute conversation, it seems like the buds don’t pick any sound. I’ve tested other earbuds and it works fine so no problem on my side.

2: In high-bass songs, the right bud has a kind of coughing/purring sound to it. Seems like it can’t handle the bass that well. Same experience on both LDAC and AAC.

I am having the exactly same issue, mic disappear from a conversation after some minutes, need to repair to make it work for more 10 minutes
