Problems connecting headphones to app

Having issues connecting my earphones to the app it does not register the bluetooth connection for my Life A1s please help

Doesn’t have app support. Basic and older models don’t have app support. You can see what is supported before purchasing by doing a manual add then look around to see if it’s there. As you can see the A1 isn’t there.
