I bought a pair of Q20 headphones off Amazon about a month ago, and the sound quality is great and everything. However, I’ve been unable to get it to charge. I’ve tried a few different cables, as well as charging it by plugging it into my laptop or my phone charger. When I do, the light by the power button lights up red, but it turns off on its own after anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute. I can’t seem to reset it either, and the NC light won’t turn on at all. Does anyone know how I can get it to start charging properly? Thanks!
