Recently received a set of Q20 headphones as a present, so far so good, but just recently I was having Bluetooth connection issues with an iMac running on Linux, out of sync and popping noise. That’s possibly a Bluetooth manager issue. So I went to use the wired connection that’s supplied with the headphones. I can’t seem to get any sound? Have tried switching on the headphones first, then attaching the cable, but the lights just go out. Sound settings all look OK and seems to recognise the headset but have noticed that when I use the test speaker option there’s also no sound output.
