I got my headphones today and when I pair them and go into the app, it just searches then shows the image. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, unpaired them and re paired them multiple times, made sure they don’t have plastic wrap on them, made sure that nothing else is connected and I even waited a couple hours and did everything all over again and it still doesn’t work.
