Q30 and the app

hi the app cant find my soundcore q30?

What steps have you tried?

A few things that might help. The easiest would be restarting the phone. Then resetting the headphones back to factory, check for updates on the app, uninstall/reinstall the app. These are few things I found helpful when troubleshooting BT device connectivity issues and other tech devices being difficult.

If these options don’t help I’d contact support at service@soundcore.com Make sure to give them what troubleshoot steps you’ve already tried. Also, have your serial number, date of purchase, and your order number/receipt ready. These steps will speed up the support process.
