Q30 Cannot be connected to my Android and App showed no device

Just got Q30, and connected it to PC and iPhone 12 without issue except:

  1. Android Remi 9 saved the connection, but it could not pair with Q30 after disconnecting it form any other device;
  2. The App was tried to be installed on Redmi 9, it just searched and required to Bluetooth Setting. After clicking the saved “Soundcore Life Q30” in Bluetooth, then there is no any response.
  3. After existing the searching, the App shows “no device”

The problem was resolved after resetting the device

Good to know you got it figured out. Resetting is really the first thing we all recommend around here :joy:

Glad got fixed…lol. I was thinking what it could be at first. Lol

Glad you fixed it, my theory is what happened was the PC was forcibly reconnecting and so the buds were taken out of pairing mode, and you didn’t know. The reset simply deleted the PC pairing.

Windows 10 does not get along with anything else unless you’re lucky.
