Q35 power light goes out but headphones say "medium" 50%

I plugged it into my regular phone charger twice. Both times, when I came back after some minutes the power light was off. When I turned them on it said medium power. I ust got these. Is this a fault in the phones? Thanks.

First off try a different cable and plug in and rest the headset

If not helping, you can contact Service@soundcore.com and describe what you did. If under warranty then may can get a replacement
