I use a 12 watt charger, and it takes 1-2 hours. So, I think 33 watts might be too much.
Your Q10 won’t take more than input numbers printed on headphone. That way the battery doesn’t get damaged. If it’s not printed on headphone, you should look at the manual
The manuals suggest the drain is 5V 0.65W so is about 3W. Anything above that is simply not used.
