R50i poor AI Mic

Dispite the “AI” features, callers can hear my background more than my voice. Any suggestions to improve this?

Have you checked to see if there is an update? Sometimes that may fix the issue or it may have caused the issue… Been some buds of different Soundcore brands where an update fixed or caused an issue.

I suggest to look if there was an update if there is, do it and if you already did it, I would say contact soundcore on it to see if others have this issue.
