Hey I really like my new sound spriet earbuds 2 by Anker, but the right unit is not playing as loud as the other one, it playing.
Is there anything I can do or do I need to have them changed?

I would suggest to clean earbuds. There can be some ear wax.
Pull the earpads off and give it a good cleaning. Just wipe them down with a soft cloth is what I do. When they get dirty are blocked with ear wax or other debris can effect sound quality. If that doesn’t work. Try unpairing, resetting the earbuds, and pairing back.
If that doesn’t work contact support and tell them what you’ve already tried.
