Right Earbud not working

I have soundcore life p3i, my right side earbud is not working.

I have the same problem. Did you solve it?

I have same issue. What I found is the right one’s battery is drained to zero. Because it always connected to phone even though it is in the shell. I did not realize that, when I scroll my social media or when there is incoming calls, there is no sound on my phone because it is connect with one of the ear buds. I tried to clean the charging points (the small gold plate), but the problem still happen. Looks like the plates on the right bud are loose. So it can make BT connection with my phone.
