Samsung note 20 pairing and connection issues

Can’t get Q30 to con ect with Samsung note 20 ultra. Get 1 of 2 messages. Can’t connect to sound life Q30. Or an app is need for this device.

Works on other devices just not the device I use and intend it used for.

Ok so does it connect to Bluetooth under the phone settings? If you can’t, reset the headphones and try again.

If they show up in bluetooth list and you successfully connect it, download the Soundcore app if you haven’t already and connect in the app.

Reset of headphones and removing from bluetooth list should help sort out connection issues. If nothing helps, send service@soundcore.com an email
